What's Included in the Offering

Sessions utilize vibration and frequency signatures to facilitate healing on the level of mental, emotional, somatic/cellular, and Ancestral histories stored in the body. Sessions include space for personal integration, aftercare, and time for transition after the sound bath has closed to allow for the body to gently metabolize any information and emotion that may have surfaced during the session. Group sound baths and event booking are also available through the "Group Offerings" tab.
