What's Included in the Offering

Energy healing sessions are a facilitated container for clients to reach realignment and attunement when experiencing underlying physical, emotional, energetic, and intuitive symptoms of imbalance and sensitivity. The goal of this work is to increase personal awareness, agency, and equilibrium within the body's energy systems and restore clarity, energetic circulation, and overall health to the individual. Protocols of consent, spiritual hygiene, and safety are the foundation of every session. There is no one-size-fits -all approach for energy healing. This is a co-creative space for clients to meet themselves more deeply with the attuned, trauma-informed support of a practitioner. Sessions can support with addressing and healing somatic traumas, unblocking stagnant or imbalanced energy centers, and identifying Ancestral communication through bodily signals. Aftercare and integration are a crucial part of closing the session safely in order to support clients with metabolizing any information that may have surfaced on cognitive, emotional, energetic, bodily or subtle levels of awareness. This protects sensitive changes happening within the physical and energetic body so that they may leave the session balanced and protected as channels are opened to access their inherent embodied wisdom and sovereignty. Clients are given instructions for rest, personal care, and energetic hygiene in the week following their session. Sliding scale session rates are available for those navigating financial barriers.
