Equinox Spiritual Bath

For generations, water has been used in combination with medicinal herbs and the power of intention as a spiritual technology to cleanse the physical and spiritual body.

This blend of stimulating mercurial and jupiterian herbs encourages a final release from the recent eclipse portal, and a gentle transition into the balancing energy of the autumnal Equinox. In traditional Chinese medicine, the Equinox signifies the bridge between the Yang energy of the summertime and the Yin energy of the winter months -- the point in the year where light and dark meet on equal terms.

This bath can be used to assist with the gentle removal of blocked or stagnant energies, cooling and expanding the mind and spirit, and offering clarity and balanced communication with higher energies.

To activate the Equinox bath, speak or pray over it with your intentions. For cleansing children, working with sensitive skin, or to divide the bath into a 3 day ritual, the bath can be diluted with spring water. Clean your body with a regular shower. In your shower or after running a fresh bath, pour the Equinox bath over your head and body slowly, allowing it to penetrate and cleanse. Air dry, do not rinse. Take time for mediation, prayer, journaling, or self-nourishment after your bath.
